Wow a post on time? I think that's a first for this site!! For the last three days I've been busy updating the site :) *pokes new layout* I've added Bullets, Bullets tutorial, Weaving Ribbon Tutorial, New Quote, New Buttons and I've fixed a few errors on the site. I would've added a really cute penguin collage except I can't get my scanner to work :/ I'm gonna try and add this much on a regular occurrence, but for most of the remaining week I've got assignments and studying I've got to do. To think I'm only 13 and I'm complaining about that sort of stuff x) how do you seniors do it? 10 times what I do :/ anyway, I'm off to examine the various sections of algebra xP bubye!! Mindy :)
First post in 2009! Which is kind of sad seeing it's already May. But I'm just gonna say it.
IT WASN'T ACTUALLY MY FAULT THIS TIME!! I know that sounds bad but here's the story:
Around 3 days after my last post (Jan 3rd?), I went to make an update to the site. It didn't work :( So I went to my awesome Computer-expert /Brother and asked him why my poor website wasn't working. He replied with, 'We're just changing servers, I'll bring it back up for you in a couple of days.' Days, I could handle. But Weeks and Months passed and no matter how many times I asked my brother or my Dad I was always told that 'It needs to be fixed' or 'I don't have the time right now' or 'We have to move it again'. Don't blame anyone though, seriously my brother and my dad had to change servers, computers or data places or something about 4 times this year x.x So yeah, basically my website was there last priority which I think is perfectly fair. ^^ It's kind of ironic though because as I said in my last post, one of my new years resolutions was to update the site more regularly x)
So now it's back up again and within the next couple of months (hopefully) you'll be seeing a few things for Crumbled-Shortbread:
- More Updates - this time I really can ^^
- Brushes and Other Graphics
- Heaps of Tutorials - I've got heaps of ideas :)
- A new Site Layout - part of breaking out of this unattended hiatus
So my apologies for the massive disapearance, I couldn't even post to explain x) But here we are on some things that've happened within the last 5 months. I got Photoshop CS4 and a lot of other new Adobe programs. Including illustrator which I really want to learn how to use. I also have learnt a lot more little things about photoshop which should mean neater graphics :S Also I'm having a clear out of all the ugly graphics I made. So that's about all I have to say x) Extremely long post. Will update again (hopefully),

Just think, this is probably crumbled-shortbread's last post for the year! Hard to beleive it was nearly a year ago that I was considering starting up a website. It was another couple of months until I actually got going though. ;) So Glad Christmas is over :S Everythings finally starting to settle down for me and I can kick back and start my summer holidays!! Hope everyone had a great Christmas.
So to come out of my un-official Christmas Hiatus I changed the layout into a nice non-christmassy layout. I like this one.. I seem to be getting back into the orange though x.x I've also added two more brushes and a heap of button bases
Being New-year-eve-eve =S I've planned a few resolutions. Site related I have 1.update more (although I've been trying to do that for the last 4 months) 2. I also want to try and build up a name and maybe get a couple of friendly affiliates :D if you're interested e-mail me.
